We invite you to register online to attend iCREATe 2020


Payment is accepted by credit card (instant settlement) or you can select an invoice to pay by EFT or cheque. Bank details for EFT payment be on your invoice. (You will need to create a registration account and password to commence online registration.)

GALA DINNER

The Gala Dinner will be held at Taipei International Convention Center, and is included for Full Registration types.

It will be present the Gold, Silver and Bronze Global Student Innovation Challenge (gSIC) awards to the successful teams.

Individual tickets to the Gala Dinner are available for purchase for delegates and gSIC students and teams that do not have a full delegate registration. Gala Dinner dress code – Neat casual. Purchase Individual ticket $100USD.

CONFERENCE MATERIALS

A Conference Handbook and Program (printed version) will be provided to all registered attendees. The Book of Abstracts will be provided as a downloadable PDF, and released approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference. Abstracts will also be available on the conference app.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES

All accounts must be paid in full prior to the conference. Attendees will be required to settle any outstanding accounts by credit card upon arrival at the conference.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit Card . Credit card payments will be processed via NewebPay, a third party gateway, and attract a 2% surcharge.
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Bank details will be on your invoice. Or you can contact us at [email protected].

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation of Registration: We hope that you will not have to cancel your registration, however, should this be necessary cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 7 June 2020 will receive a full refund less $100 administration charge. Refunds for cancellations received on/after 8 June 2020 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. If you are unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. Please advise the Conference Secretariat of the details of the substitute delegate by contacting us at [email protected]

Confirmation of Registration/Tax Invoice: Once you have registered for the conference you will receive an automatic confirmation email from info the Conference Secretariat. Please note that the email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered when registering for the conference. This confirmation email contains a link to your PDF tax invoice.

PRIVACY

Information collected as part of the conference registration process is owned by the Conference Organizing Committee and the Conference Secretariat. We only access information that you voluntarily give us. We will not provide this information to any third party, other than as necessary to fulfill your request (such as to accommodation providers).
